Where is myBoonies based?
How does the customisation process work?
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your club logo and let us know a general colour scheme. We will come back to you within the next working day with a range of designs of your chosen headwear product.
Does it cost money to see a range of designs?
Absoloutely not! We will make you a range of designs free of charge.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) for each of our custom headwear products are as follows:
Boonies: 40 MOQ
Beanies & Headbands: 25 MOQ
Caps: 20 MOQ
How much does it cost to customise?
Do you offer sample products?
Unfortunately we do not offer sample products that are customised to the requirments of your club or business. However, if you email us then we will be happy to send you a sample product with a different design on free of charge so that you can get a feel for the quality and sizing etc.
What is the turnaround time on custom products?
We process all custom orders on the last day of every month and then work at around a two month turnaround time from then.
How will you put our logo onto the hats?
We will try to embroider all logos as we beleive this improves the overall quality of the hat.
As we are limited to a small amount of space in which we can put your logo on our hats, for logo's with a large amount of detail, we will either have them printed by heat transfer, or printed onto a patch that is sewn onto the hats.
To help us with this process, it is important that you send us the highest resolution version of your logo possible.
We accept logos in ai, eps, pdf, psd, png formats.
Can you print designs / patterns on the the hats or do they have to be block colours?
Yes, if you have a specific seamless pattern, we can print this onto polyester material through a sublimation printing process.
We are also happy to make you a seamless pattern. If you have any specific ideas, let us know and we'll see what we can put together for you. Please be aware that with more complicated pattern designs, there might be a charge for this.
Are your headwear products all one size?
Our size guide is as follows:
Boonies: Adults size - 60cm
Beanies & Headbands: Adults size - Material stretches
Caps: Adults Size - Adjustable buckles
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! We ship to all corners of the world.
As we are are a UK based company, we offer free shipping to all orders within the UK.
For international orders, depending on the region of the world, we charge a shipping fee. Please get in contact with us to find out more information on this.
How does payment work?
Once you have confirmed the design and the quantity that you would like to order, we will make you an invoice for your order.
We accept payment by bank transfer.
We are happy to accept 1/3 of the overall fee upfront just to get the ball rolling with your order, then we can accept the remaining balance before we have them shipped to you.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes, we are a UK VAT registered business. Please be aware that our price list excludes VAT (20%). Please request our price list by sending an email to: email@example.com
For overseas orders, we do not charge VAT and we are not responsible for any import charges that may apply when your order arrives in your country's customs.
Do you offer returns on custom products?
We do not accept returns on custom ordered products.
Our custom products have been put together by one of our designers in liaison with you. We will always confirm the final design with you before we begin production. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are happy with this before we start making your custom order.
